What exactly do I get for one payment?
A complete business website built by AI from your answers and photos, plus hosting setup, a free subdomain, HTTPS, CDN, and the editor to change anything yourself. You pay once — the site is yours.
What's the difference between the plans?
Basic ($99) covers a full site with 30 content items and 100 chat turns. Guide ($199) adds 4 hours of one-on-one help from a real person, more content, and unlimited chat. Pro ($299) removes the normal site-building limits for larger sites and adds priority support, subject to reasonable use.
What does “reasonable use” mean for Pro?
Pro is unlimited for normal website building and ongoing site updates. It does not include automated bulk generation, scraping, resale, API-style access or attempts to overload the service. We may temporarily limit abusive usage and contact you where practical; your site and content remain yours.
Is the $49/year renewal required?
It keeps your site live — it covers hosting, CDN and SSL, which are real ongoing costs for us. It's the only recurring fee, and it's far less than the monthly subscription of any DIY builder.
Can I upgrade or change plans later?
Yes. Build and preview free, then choose a plan when you're happy. You can upgrade from Basic to Guide or Pro afterwards — we apply the difference.
Do I need my own domain?
No. You get a free subdomain like yourbusiness.cw8.net. If you already own a domain, binding it is free on every paid plan — we handle the DNS and certificate.
How do I pay?
Secure card payment processed by Paddle. Checkout happens in your browser after you choose a plan — no PayPal juggling, no manual transfers.
